| What if I don’t like my aide? |
| We recommend that you give your aide an adjustment time of a few visits, or a few weeks, as it is important for your aide to understand your specific needs and “how you like things done.” However, if there is a personality conflict or work tasks are not satisfactory, we want you to call our Client Services Coordination team. The CSC team is available to ensure your services are to your liking and they will work with you to find a solution that makes you happy. |
What Our Clients
Are Saying
I am very happy with my AngelCare Services. My caregiver is always on time and in knowledgable and answers my questions. My caregiver is always friendly and really seems to like her job. The staff is always helpful when I have to call the AngelCare Office.
