Client Service Coordinatorlelawickman

Lela is the voice on the phone that many clients may hear as she is responsible for all aspects of scheduling within the CSC (Client Services Coordination) Department. Lela is detail orientated and she knows how to get things done. She’s our problem solver!  Lela also has a heart and compassion for our clients as she was the guardian for her deceased, disabled, brother.  This was a responsibility that Lela fully embraced. Her life long experience of caring for her brother and her three children provide the foundation of her belief system, “I want to treat every client the way I wanted my brother to be treated, with kindness, respect and understanding.”  Lela has a wonderful work ethic and a fun sense of humor. Lela loves her job and our clients and care givers love Lela.
